Fraunhofer MOEZ is active in applied research in the fields of internationalization, knowledge transfer, intellectual property and sustainable development. The institute’s researchers have expertise in economics, social science and political science. Based on its international and interdisciplinary experiences, Fraunhofer MOEZ develops solutions for customers from the public and the private sector, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.

 

The Fraunhofer MOEZ is lead partner of the project Q-BICON. The project coordinator is responsible for the strategic project management, coordination and financial management. Further tasks of the institute are steering and monitoring of the project implementation by the project partners and quality management.

CQ Beratung+Bildung GmbH is an innovative partner for training and further education in Berlin. In the course of 20 years the CQ Educational Centre has developed a characteristic profile focusing growth sectors such as biotechnology and green technologies.

 

Our services include in-class courses as well as online-seminars and blended learning trainings. We advise clients on all matters regarding human ressource management and organizational development.

 

CQ shares the project coordination with Fraunhofer MOEZ and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Q-BICON. CQ also leads the Q-BICON dissemination and communication as well as the exploitation activities. The implementation of teaching materials into an e-learning environment is a further task within Q-BICON. CQ performs the German market and demand analysis and the Q-BICON pilot seminar.

Kujawsko-Pomorski Agricultural Extension Centre in Minikowo (K-PODR) is an organisation, based in north-west part of Poland, which provides different advisory services to farmers and inhabitants of rural areas, mainly from kujawsko-pomorski region. Principle areas of advice include: transfer of new technologies, integration of farming with the environment. popularisation of renewable sources of energy, introduction of CAP mechanisms and guidance on applying for EU funds, food quality improvement, farm management and accounting, support in developing new enterprises leading to diversification of income, promotion and support of local initiatives, education in ecological and environmental issues.

K-PODR employs 201 advisors, including 50 institutional experts dealing with farming related areas such as: plant production, animal production, farm accounting and management, farm buildings and machinery as well as with education. There are 151 field advisors who have daily contact to farmers. Kujawsko-Pomorski Agricultural Extension Centre in Minikowo conducts yearly approx. 1500 training sessions, 30 conferences, 13500 individual advices, 20000 elaborations (business plans, funds applications, etc.), 350 publications, organises 5 fairs.

 

K-PODR ensures the implementation of polish experience and market situation in Q-BICON. In addition K-PODR is responsible for carrying out all project activities in Poland mainly conducting market and demand analysis, communication and dissemination activities as well as pilot testing in Poland. K-PODR leads the development and conduction of the Q-BICON pilot testing phase.

Energiaklub was established in 1990 with the aim of contributing to the birth of a civilised energy-consuming, sustainable society in Hungary and on the European continent. Since than Energiaklub has been a rapidly evolving NGO, which develops its activities along strategic commitments and fosters energy-related issues throughout the CEE region. The organisation influences the decision making process in energy policy, provides professional advice and information, and also offers alternative solutions to society, municipalities and the industrial sphere.

 

The main fields of Energiaklub`s activity are energy policy, climate change, renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, nuclear safety, capacity building and networking in CEE region, and education. The aim of the renewable energy programme is to contribute to a sound and reliable legal and economic environment for a long term renewable energy utilisation, to enhance the spreading of small scale and decentralised renewable energy solutions and to ensure that renewable energy sources are used in a sustainable way. Energiaklub thus prepares market studies and other decision-preparation documents, presents best practice projects and takes part in research activities.

 

In the Q-BICON project Energiaklub leads the work package “detailed market and demand analysis” which major objective is to analyse and report the needs of the European bioenergy market, its prerequisites and particularly the demands as regards knowledge transfer, trainings and seminars. Energiaklub performs communication and dissemination activities in Hungary and implements the pilot seminar.

 

Energiaklub will lead WP2 “Market research” which major objective is to analyse and report the needs of the European bioenergy market, its prerequisites and particularly the demands as regards knowledge transfer, trainings and seminars.

 

Energiaklub will also take a part in communication and dissemination.

By cooperating with Szent Isván University Energiaklub also implement a pilot seminar and actively involved in the development of a curriculum for vocational trainings considering the needs of the target groups based on a blended learning approach.
